She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty) in the Department of Social Work at MSCB University, Baripada, Odisha. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from M.P.C. Autonomous College and an M.A. in Social Work from MSCB University, which form the academic foundation of her teaching and research career. Her research interests primarily focus on Tribal Development, Community Development as well as organization and Tribal Welfare, with an emphasis on understanding the socio-cultural dynamics of tribal communities and contributing to their sustainable development. Ms. Pradhan teaches a diverse range of subjects including History, philosophy & fields of social work, Indian Society and Culture, Civil Society and NGO Studies, Social work research, Social Work Practice with Communities, Tribal Culture, Development and Social Work, Community Development, Human growth & development and Counseling and Social Work. In addition to classroom teaching, she actively guides students as a Field Work Supervisor also Agency Work Supervisor bridging theoretical knowledge with grassroots practice. With a commitment to academic excellence and community engagement, she strives to nurture future social work professionals who are sensitive to social realities and equipped to work effectively with marginalized communities.
