PERSONAL INFORMATION

Mausumi Dutta, Guest faculty of department of Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. MSCB University, Baripada, where she teaches the M.A. in Education and the Integrated B.Ed.–M.Ed. programme. She brings a distinctive multidisciplinary foundation to teacher education, having trained originally in the physical sciences before specializing in pedagogy: she holds an M.Sc. in chemistry, a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry, and subsequently an Integrated B.Ed.–M.Ed. from Fakir Mohan University, graduating First Class in each. Her research interests centre on Teacher education, educational psychology and early childhood care and education, reflecting an effort to bridge emerging technologies with classroom practice. She has authored or co-authored six peer-reviewed research articles. Since joining MSCB University, she has supervised fourteen postgraduate dissertations across the Integrated B.Ed.–M.Ed. and M.A. in Education programmes. She has also participated in numerous workshops on educational research methodology, inclusive open and distance learning, and digital and financial literacy.
